Found John Holmes Jr. on Internet search . When I contacted him he was very interested in my case. I explained the problem I was having and he assured me that he would help me. I was in an accident 2 weeks prior and the Officer on scene wrote that I was in the wrong. I was going to meet him at the courthouse on Tuesday morning. We were going to talk to an ADA to see if they would dismiss the case. He e-mailed on Monday afternoon and informed me I didn’t have to go the following Tuesday that he had already taken care of it and the case had been dismissed. Initially, John was excellent when recruiting me as a client. Once he got his fee, I had to call him and email him constantly. He has several phone numbers. When you call most of the numbers, the mail box is full and you cannot leave a message. He seems to always have different "assistants" and if you go to the office, most of the time it is closed! Run away from this "legal" professional. Any client should NOT have to chase after their lawyer after paying retainer fee to have their legal matters helped with.
